Our water is sourced directly from where it first meets the earth's surface, emerging from a rocky vertical outcrop. A shallow well briefly collects the water, allowing it to be channeled into a 2500L holding tank. This tank provides the necessary volume to generate a natural water flow, which is then piped over a ridge crest and flows effortlessly to our bottling plant. Thanks to the elevation drop from the source to the plant, the water arrives with a pressure of 6 bar, eliminating the need for any pumping. Before it reaches you, the water undergoes a meticulous treatment process. We pass it through a series of sediment filters, progressively finer in micron ratings (from 50 microns down to 1 micron), followed by UV sterilization. This rigorous process ensures that the water meets the highest quality standards, guaranteeing purity and safety in every bottle.
